Logan started her education at Brandon University where she completed her Bachelors Degree in Physical Education. She then continued to the University of Manitoba where she graduated in 2022 with her Masters Degree in Physical Therapy. Logan has developed a passion for treating individuals with neurological conditions completing several post graduate courses in this area. Most recently, she completed a 16-day certification course in the contemporary practice of NDT (Neuro Developmental Treatment) for the management of adults with stroke and brain injury. Logan is also passionate about helping seniors improve their strength and mobility to become more independent and to return to their favorite activities. Logan comes with experience in treating people in a variety of environments including homes, assisted living centers, personal care homes and occasionally hospitals. She enjoys being able to accommodate everyone’s treatment needsand loves using the individual’s personal environment to be creative with exercises and treatment strategies. You can expect that Logan will be an attentive listener to fully understand your current limitations and the goals you have in mind for the future. Logan primarily uses an active treatment approach, creating individualized exercise programs and providing thorough education, but also completes manual therapy and soft tissue massage as needed. She will ensure you understand and feel comfortable with the treatment plan, all while having some smiles along the way! Logan grew up in a small town, trying out every sport that was offered before playing competitive basketball at Brandon University. Now in her spare time, Logan enjoys playing recreational sports, spending time with her family and friends and planning her next travel adventure.
