Kelsey graduated from the University of Manitoba in 2016 with her Masters of Physical Therapy Degree. She also holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the U of M. Kelsey is passionate about life-long learning and since graduating has completed many courses including Orthopedic Manual Therapy Levels 1 & 2, McKenzie Method for low back pain, NDT/Bobath Certification: Management and Treatment of Adults with Hemiplegia, concussion courses and is certified in acupuncture.
Kelsey has a passion for sports and likes to live an active lifestyle, which is what led her into Physiotherapy. Her treatment style encompasses using a hands-on and activity-based approach, supplemented with education to help patients achieve their goals. Kelsey aims to help all patients improve their quality of life whether that be through resuming previous activities/sports, pain reduction, increased mobility, increased strength or finding a passion for new activities.
Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys spending her time playing ringette, working out, camping, hiking and travelling.
