Janice Remo

Janice has been working as physiotherapist in a private clinic in Winnipeg for several years and has previous experience in the public health sector. She has treated a diverse range of conditions including hip and knee replacements, general deconditioning, fractures, sports and work related injuries, motor vehicular accidents and more. 

She recently completed her coursework in acupuncture and is passionate about ongoing learning to further enhance her skills and knowledge to cater to a wider array of clients.

Janice has joined the MLMP team to facilitate improved access to physiotherapy services for those who have difficulty getting to clinics or requiring additional supports.

Prior to becoming a physiotherapist, Janice worked as a home care attendant and health care aide. She feels this experience has contributed to the development of exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with her patients while providing care.

Away from work Janice enjoys spending outdoors with her family trekking, swimming, fishing and camping. She also is an avid gardener and enjoys planting her own vegetables and plants.
